| Benefits We believe that attracting and retaining top talent requires excellent compensation and benefits. The following is a list of benefits available through Visuals.
Medical Insurance The most sought-after benefit by our contractors is a group medical plan with no exclusions for pre-existing conditions. Visuals has a group medical plan with HealthNet and pays 50% of the premium for our employees who work at least 30 hours per week for three consecutive calendar months.
Dental Insurance Contractors can also receive group dental coverage through MetLife that covers 100% of preventive care and has a schedule of benefits for other procedures (also paid by Visuals on same terms as medical).
Retirement Savings Account (401k) Visuals offers a 401k plan for employees who work 1,000 hours or more per year (enter in January or July after 12 months service). Visuals makes an annual contribution to all participants, generally matching contributions from 50 to 100%.
Contractor Referral Bonus If you refer a colleague who is successfully placed direct-hire (passes 90 day probation) or works at least 90 days (520 hours) as a contractor for Visuals, you will receive an iPhone or $400 cash.
Client Referral Bonus If you refer a contract or direct-hire job order from a client who has not already used Visuals, you will receive an iPhone or $400 if we fill the assignment for at least 90 days (520 hours).
Staff Referral Bonus If you refer a recruiter or account manager who is successfully hired for Visuals staff (passes 90 day probation), you will receive an iPhone or $400 cash.
Direct Deposit We offer direct deposit to employees after they begin a contract assignment.
