“Real-world” Testing With our clients’ input we develop hypothetical situation tests that mimic what is required on the job; for instance, we may require an artist to produce a complex layout using InDesign, a web page using an established template, or PowerPoint slides from handwritten notes. Our tests tell us which artists have the skills our clients need and how quickly and accurately they work.

Background Check Additionally, we perform a background check on each applicant before employment. Our thorough process identifies the top creative talent, who we then place with our clients as needed.
